Does Talon have the worst costume of all Batman characters?

I hated it, too. Especially for Tim. But I think I hate the current Tim costume worse.


Another one that completely slipped my mind, but I think is way worse than Talon's costume is Disco-Collar Nightwing.



Now that is awful. As someone who was a huge Titans fan at the time it happened, that costume was incredibly disheartening.

For me, that costume (and Wally leaving the team, not to mention Jericho's debut in the next panel -- another hideous costume/character design) marked the beginning of NTT's rapid fall from greatness.

That costume gets my vote as the single worst costume among Bat characters. Talon's costume doesn't even come close to that. I actually like his costume myself. I've seen worse costumes both in the New 52 and outside of it as well.

Even that one bugged me. Better, yes. But the gold just seemed weird to me and I didn't like the Spider-Man webs in his armpits. And he lost the ridiculous popped collar, but he gained a ponytail which was almost as bad. Eeesh.

When he finally got the more understated version he used in his ongoing, the relief hit like a tidal wave. No more of the overly-ornate bullcrap.

I wasn't particularly fond of that costume either. Too much yellow there. I much preferred the later blue and black costume myself.

Talon's costume isn't even bad lol. There are far worse - like the above disco-collar Nightwing.

Talon has a kind of old-school mystique to it - and the Owl he uses as his symbol makes sense given his origins.

It's not the worst, but I would be embarrassed to be seen with him. It looks better than Azreal as Batman.

They are aliens. It's excusable. Kori would go around with nothing on at all if it was up to her. All of those aliens are probably only wearing clothes at all as a courtesy to the two idiotically-attired Earthmen.
