Weakest army that could stop Frieza?

The Z-Fighters took FOREVER to defeat Frieza. Let's find someone who can do it better and faster.

What military force could stop Frieza with/or without preparation under the conditions that:

• The army must be recognized as an official "army". (aka, the Gurren Brigade, a slew of Kryptonians, or several future versions of a character are not allowed)
• The army cannot consist of multiple copies of an individual. (aka - an army of Reed Richards/Batmen holding Ultimate Nullifiers/God-bullets)
• The army (if land-based) may engage Frieza on a planet where he is not allowed to planet-bust.
• Or face him from orbit, in his weakest form, but with planet-busting allotted.

Does the army that faces him have to do it in direct combat? For instance, could the Timelords push the planet he was born on into a star before his species ever evolved?

Well the Z Crew only took like, a week to beat him (with maybe an hour or so of actually fighting him) the first time and a few seconds/minutes the second time around.

I'd vote for the Red Ribbon Army, if you grant them all of Dr. Gero's Artificial Humans, since the top six (nine, if you count the movies) could solo him in one shot.

Not sure if if the movie Androids could beat Frieza individually, aside from 13.
They didn't really do all that well against Super Saiyans so it would probably at least be a fight if Frieza was at full power.

Does Frieza, his family and his own army count? That includes two guys from the Yo Son Goku movie who were both supposed to be Frieza level and could fuse together and give Gotenks a moderate workout, though that was a weird feat.

the anime just gives off that impression, the manga was a lot more concise

also, the Culture would do this pretty easily, but they're not exactly the weakest
