so i can create a negative space where i can Change flow of gravity.
Stop magic users by affecting the energy they use.
Make immortals mortal.
Repeal attracting objects.
Make Winter, Summer, Spring or Fall an opposite by making it negative of an climate zone.
Accompanied by Negative Zone Empowerment.
Negative existence temporarily until the zone is put off
High-level user can cease supernatural power users rendering them powerless
Associated with Reversed Effect
Creating a spatial zone of Power Negation
Anyone who enters instantly catches fire.

Absolute Existence and Temporal Stasis

Both work for me, especially since I seem to change my mind a lot.

I would use Temporal Stasis to try and stop bad things in tandem with the Absolute Existence. For example, I would have consumed and depowered hurricane Sandy when it formed. So no one would be in this mess now.

1. Biological Manipulation: The power to control all aspects of a living creature's biological make-up. There is alot of options here that I can play with. Easiest one is to be a healer.
I am virtually immortal once I get the hang of this power.

I thought the first was pretty over powering until I got my second one.

2. Meta Summoning: The ability to bring characters to existence without any limit. The created characters have absolute loyalty over their maker (unbreakable master-servant bond). They all have fully independent personalities, but are psychically and physically incapable of turning against the user.

World wise. I guess I can bring bats out. With a few adjustment, as in more willing to work with other, less of a douche. Have him, and a army of whoever he wish in all of friction, or I can create/customise for him to go out and change the world.

Most likely I would just bring characters who are biology guru into existence. Also a telepathy that can plug all that knowledge/skill into me. On the other hand I can create my own characters that is both a Biology savant, a telepathy, and easy on the eye. Have them go out to the world, and learn more biology relate stuff to share with me. Also create a couple of immortal characters/aliens who can resurrest me from anything if something unforseenable deathly would happen to me.

Or I can just create characters that are genie like to get whatever other powers I want. This power set is really broken. But ridiculously fun.
