"The dream does not end until I say so."
I have so many...
right now it's probably The Chase is Better than the Catch by Motörhead. Sleazy with a great riff to back up Lemmy's oh so skanky tales of being a womanizer.
It is not my favorite song ever, but this week it has been the one getting the most repeat time.
Wake me up when it's over...
Changes frequently but it will alwasys be one of the following:
Black - Pearl Jam
Everlong - Foo Fighters
You Look So Fine - Garbage
The Adventure - Angels and Airwaves
Price your book at $3.99 and I'll trade wait. Make me wait too long for the trade PAPERback and I'll say screw it. I'm looking at you Marvel and Spider Island.
R.I.P. Don't pee in the (Dead)pool, November 2007 - January 2013
Always changing, one of my loves though is Lana del rey's trio of awesomeness:
Radio/National anthem/Summertime sadness.
'If you meet a loner, no matter what they tell you, its not because they enjoy solitude. It's because they have tried to blend into the world before, and people continue to disappoint them'
It's silly, but my favourite song has been Wham!'s The Edge of Heaven for some 15 years now. I know that there are better songs, in writing and composition, and I know that George Michael himself has songs that are miles ahead of anything from his Wham! years (and he remains my favourite singer), but The Edge of Heaven just does it for me on a purely intuitive, irrational level. Hard to explain, it's just one of those songs that got lodged in my brain and can't be wedged loose. I find it a very energizing song that builds to a climax and has an intriguing interlude between the second and third chorus. The 'yeah yeah yeahs' also make for a great intro and recurring motif throughout the song.
Hey, that's what a good pop song does; appeal to subconscious raw emotion and make you move your body.![]()
The Beatles' "A Day in the Life" is probably my favourite song of all time, because of the story and the musical changes.
But there's a constant battle between thousands of songs for the #2 spot.

It changes every week. Some weeks I play certain songs in heavier rotation than others and so on.
At the moment, the song I've been playing the most is Last Caress by The Misfits. Before that it was Hairspray Queen by Nirvana and before that it was It's So Easy by Guns N' Roses.
Mou Nido To by Beni
My favorite because it is a powerful song about love, pain, losing love and realizing the memories but knowing you can not go back to the past.
