Hawkeye x Spider-Woman just doesn't flow too well. If it was Spider-Woman x Spider-Man, Jessica would not let Peter get away with 75% the stuff she let's Clint get away with. At least Jessica's relationship with Peter would be in line with Carol Danvers friendship that she has with him: the things that moves the story. To me:

Black Widow x Hawkeye x Spider-Woman would = Black Widow x Peter Parker x Spider-Woman. Only Black Widow and Spider-Woman would be a little mean towards Spider-Man than they are with Hawkeye.

I could actually see Felicia and Kaine together for a bit. I don't know how long it might last, but it could be fun for awhile.

Considering she flirted with Ben Reilly during the period where he was Spider-Man and believed himself to be the original Peter Parker, it's not too far out of plausibility for Felicia to try the same with Kaine. Wonder how she'd feel about finding out that he was the same masked madman who tried to kill Peter and Ben (from her vantage point; Kaine never actually wanted to kill Peter and Ben he wanted to suffer) several years back (in-universe).

How is it cliche? I can't think of one other story in which a character goes after a clone of their crush romantically? (well maybe Savage Dragon, but it's a little more complicated than that.)

Nah. I feel she still has unfinished business with Peter. The fact she still hasn't recollected who Spider-Man is feels like a big hanging plot point to me.
