Cool idea, but this is del Toro so I'm not getting my hopes up until they actually start filming.
These are projects he's been attached to just in the last few years:
Frankenstein
The Hobbit
a new adaptation of Slaughterhouse-Five
Drood, a film based on a Dan Simmons novel published in February 2009.
Saturn
the End of Days.
a brand new take on the story of Van Helsing.
a 3D remake of The Haunted Mansion for Disney.
The Incredible Hulk (TV series)
At the Mountains of Madness
the movie adaption of David Moody's novel Hater.
his first video game titled Insane
a segment for an upcoming Heavy Metal sequel.
new adaptations of the Stephen King novels It
Pet Sematary
a new film version of Beauty and the Beast

Whever Del Toro gets to make a movie, It's awesome.
But like I said... I've been burned by Mountains of Madness to many times.
...And does Mr. Goddanm Batman says so much as ''Thanks''? OF COURSE not. That'd hardly be GRIM AND GRITTY, would it?

Just don't actually call it "Justice League Dark" because to me that sounds like an evil version of the JLA or something.
A woman can move a lot faster with her skirt up than a man can with his pants down.
Just call it Sentinels of Magic or something. Sure every character mentioned in the OP might not of been a member, but some have.

I'd think they should just make a Zatanna film and have other characters like Deadman and Constantine cameo.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!
Justice League Dark sounds like a fine title to me. It's an actual comic book, too, apparently.
Woo! I was disappointed when he first said he wasn't in talks.
'If you meet a loner, no matter what they tell you, its not because they enjoy solitude. It's because they have tried to blend into the world before, and people continue to disappoint them'
Non-fans don't give a shit, trust me. Moreover, the inclusion of "Dark" clearly suggests this isn't your father's Justice League.
I like this because these characters are exactly in the style that Del Toro would shine in. I would be curious to see these weird character interact and argue and so forth.
Also I would really it if Del Toro would do a live action Hulk, but no a CGI Hulk, a mix of a suit and animatronix.
