I'm only getting Batman, Batman & Robin, and Batman Inc.

I haven't touched Detective or Dark Knight.

I have every Bat and Detective since 1986 so it is hard to stop, it will ruin my huge run, lol.

Does anyone read Dark Knight? Is it current or or 52?

Yeah I read Dark Knight, it's a decent comic. It has gotten better since Hurwitz started writing. IMO gets overshadowed by Inc which is released the same week

What do you mean by current or 52?
Currently reading: New X-Men vol. 2 and King City

I used to read nothing but the peripheral characters until Detective started with Layman. So I added that one. Then I checked out Dark Night and really got into that as well. I am totally digging that Scarecrow story.

So now I am up to Batgirl, Batwoman, Nightwing, DC and TDK.

I tried to read Batman on the Owls arc but never got into it. The big over reaching story doesn't feel as personal as the other titles. I finished it just to see how it turned. I also dropped BOP and Red Hood.
Current Favorites: The Goon, Batgirl, Chew, Witchblade, Vibe, The Sixth Gun, Saga, Billy the Kids Old Time Oddities, Fatale, Batwoman, Talon, Storm Dogs, Earth 2, Justice League of America, Slumptown

Batman and Detective are the only Bruce titles I'm reading. But I'll probably pick up TDK after the current arc, assuming Hurwitz is still on it and it may replace Batman (trying to give this Joker arc a try...did not like most of CoO). As for other Bat-line titles, BoP is still being read, been on and off w/ Nightwing and RH&O.
Comics were happier before the Internet turned writing superhero stories into fruitless attempts to impress/entertain a small group of ppl who appear to hate comics and their creators.

SPOILER Just the way I see it, in terms of storyline rather than Damian, with the revelation in the last issue of who Wingman is, is before that point Jason wasn't on good terms with Batman. Yet in the new 52 continuity, Jason gets his own book/on good terms with Batman. In addition, there is no Leviathan threat that Batman is dealing with in the other books. I guess you could say Leviathan is its own story arc, but Inc hasn't crossed over like all of the other Batbooks have. Not sure if that made sense lol. But I agree, if you want more Damian Inc is the way to go. Yet at the same time, in terms of continuity, it plays a smaller role.

Side note: Do you think DC will continue Inc once Morrison leaves?
But just because Incorporated hasn't been involved in any crossovers doesn't make it an unimportant batbook. I mean even though Detective Comics has been involved in both crossovers it isn't exactly setting the tone or direction for the line over all whereas Inc. at the moment is the go to place for anything Damian related and even the Wingman reveal is going to have repercussions since Lobdell said he'd be addressing it. So yea, to call 'tec more important than Inc. is just plain wrong, which you enjoy more however is all about personal preference.

And I really doubt DC cancels Inc. after Morrison is done.

Yeah, I haven't read Inc., so I can't really say, but I think most people would agree Batman is the main title, and Detective kinda feeds off of that. It's gotten a lot better recently with Layman, so I think probably besides Joker's face in #1, I could agree with you it hasn't been that important, but I think it looks like it's been picking up recently. I think if Batman takes some plot from Detective, maybe some Penguin stuff, it could be a little more important.

If I had to drop down to only one Bat-book of the current crop with current creative teams, I'd keep Batman & Robin.

I have all of the Bat family titles on my pull list apart from Batwoman and Talon.

I think Inc is important, not only to Bat mythos but to Morrison's whole run. Yet in terms of value to the new continuity, don't know how much weight it holds. (Besides what you mentioned with Lobdell)

I have been considering going to just Batman and Tec, but decided a while back to ride out Batman Incorporated (easily my favorite Batbook) and the decide from there.

For now, I am buying Tec, Batman, TDK, BAR, & Inc.
