    Malekith never EVER fights Thor.

Not in default Rumbles rules. Scenarios, yes. But not standard matches. Dude stays the hell away from Khazan if Goldilocks is around.
Yes, I know the voices aren't real. But they do have some VERY good ideas....

Not much, really. Kite never really failed at anything in .Hack.

...Cubia doesn't count. And bloodlust wouldn't help there anyway.

I imagine alot of villains will be shafted when they discover that the ante, as they say, has been upped. Especially those who are out of their league against their hero.
For my fav, Guts, its business as usual. Seriously, with this guy, any villian that even tries to monologue gets stabbed/shot/blown up/sliced before they can finish a sentence.

Conversely, lots of villains who completely outclass their opponents suddenly stop playing fair.

Ah, I thought you were listing people who had jobbed to Daredevil.

Clayface is a pretty weird anomaly actually: Most of the other Batman Villains with actual powers have something mild like "Can resist extreme cold" or "Immune to poison and gives off pheromones"

If I remember right the "bloodlust" rule was actually "will do whatever they can to win, including jettisoning their moral stances on things like killing if they hinder their chances of winning". It's just "bloodlust" was shorter to type and most of the threads are fights anyway so the distinction rarely comes up.

But yeah, this should mean people like Penguin or something just become even MORE crazy ruthless buisness people rather than going all Godfather on Batman or something.

No, sorry. That was just Ultron. The others just out-power their usual foes.

He might not be my favourite, but I think the image of Voldemort trying to kill Harry Potter with a rocket launcher is too amusing to pass up.

    Fiendfyre is more effective though.

Well, that's true if we speak of how good it is generally. But Harry's not so easily affected by Voldemort's more fatal spells, so something mundane like a gun or even a hammer would have a better chance at killing him.
