I kind of doubt Magneto's new ripped muscles are the result of hard work.
Sometimes when patients are recovering from surgery, doctors will keep muscles from atrophying by stimulating them with electromagnetic currents. Extrapolating from this, Magno could have just trumped up his 'guns' by way of similar means. It's just Bachalo's style and I love his art - but still, I prefer a lean mean Magneto...

One of my favorite scenes in the movie, X-2, occurs after Magneto and Mystique have joined forces with Logan and Jean. They're all in the Blackbird flying off to rescue Xavier et al. Magneto and Mystique are sitting in the back of the plane, being total catty bitches, making fun of Rogue's hair. Magneto then subtly manipulates Pyro toward seeing things his way and ultimately recruits him for his Brotherhood.
This is the sort of 'family dynamic' that I hope Bendis utilizes in this book: triangulations and constant power-struggles, coated in sass and flat out bitchiness...PaperArt

+1 on Magik's look! Crazy spiky armor looks like the arms from her P5 look.
You know what's weird to me? The hand gesture Cyclops is making...seems more like something Magneto would gesture for his power...was this redrawn from Mags in front to Cyclops in front?
Emma looks kind of like she's wearing a Gen X uniform...
