It was a giant fountain, with the dead people bobbing around in the poisoned water like ornaments. Seriously.

Sorry to update this thread but I just recently read this and...... What was that big explosion when Joker shouts "I KNOW WHO YOU ARE!" Is that the aqueduct blowing up? Sorry it I'm confused about this.
