From the dialogue it seems like Republican means "seeming crooked guy that has something to hide". Because he can't good because he's a Republican given more creators are on the left.

Right Wing Falcon pretty much screams "alternate Universe" to me.
So while this story is a POSSIBLE future for Daredevil, it is not THE future for Daredevil.
But I figured that going in.
I'm not a Republican (far from it), but we should recognize that not all of them are insane gun-toting angry white folks who hate homosexuals. Falcon could totally be a Republican of his own choice, and still totally be a hero.
"That's the thing about the Phoenix. There always has to be destruction... Before rebirth. " - Scott Summers
Right Wing Sam Wilson makes zero sense to anyone remotely familar with the character. The man is a former criminal turned social worker who also has a history of being a community organizer/activist. He's not a republican. Period. He probably thinks the Daily Show is too right of center for his taste, that's how much not a republican he is.
For that matter, Sam and Bucky were both mocking the tea party in the Brubaker run. If he's a Republican, he's a bad one.
It's not a "republicans = evil, democrats = good" thing. It's a "this makes no sense for the character" thing. It's also a "Brian Bendis is yet again screwing up the characterization of an established character by writing them completely OOC" thing.
But then, this is the same author who had Luke Cage (the dude who hangs around with the white guy appropriating Asian culture) lecture Sam about being a sell out, so it's not a surprise.
Nothing in the comic says it's Sam Wilson, IIRC.
That's right! Al Gore invented the internet, let's all go kick his ass!
I got your inconvenient truth right here, motherf*&¨%!

Surely Marvel's first black President is OBAMA!!! He appeared as president in Andy Diggle's second Thunderbolts arc on Air Force One. I'm also pretty sure Bendis had a black president in the shadows during an arc (though he intentionally left it vague as to who it was).
Exactly. Being a conservative is NOT a bad thing. Think how many policemen, firefighters and doctors are Republican. Surely the same should be true of Marvel heroes. I would assume Carol (Captain Marvel) is Republican.
How does any of that mean he cannot be a Republican.
While Tea Part members vote Republican, not all Republicans like the Tea Party. Plenty of Republicans mock the Tea Party and still consider themselves true Republicans.

"I don't know how to please you Lord, but I think the fact I try to please you, pleases you."
1. I don't see "Sam Wilson" just "President Wilson." It could be him, but it could just be some other guy named Wilson.
2. Is this his only appearance in the book? If so, it doesn't really tell us whether he's Republican or not. A vast military-industrial complex protecting energy subsidies WOULD be a "left-wing" conspiracy theory, as the right-wing side would likely encourage such a development, not speak out against it. If he's telling the truth and not covering something up (can't tell either way just based on the example) then it's just showing him as willing to call out whoever needs to be called out.
3. Perhaps most importantly: The political situation as it stands now is not necessarily the status quo of the future. If Sam Wilson is a Republican in this particular future, maybe there are good reasons for it, like a more moderate GOP and a more extreme Democratic Party, but that's purely speculation at this point.
4. I always took USAgent for more of a Libertarian type.
It all comes down to how the marvel writers view the republican party.
