For some reason I am convinced that the Trinity of Sin member who became The Question is Cain. (No matter what has happened with that entity in the past.) He asked the question when G-d asked him about Abel.

I haven't read the story yet, but is he supposed to be the Biblical Cain, or does he just share the name?

That was probably unintentional, but we've known for months now that the final member was The Question. We just don't know he was beforehand. While I'm probably wrong, I've been thinking he was Alexander the Great.
