Hard to when nothing outside of the cover piques your interest. It had it at the start but it was lost well before Wade even appeared in the issue.
Not a horrible issue, I'm sure it has it's merits but if it can't even hold my attention for 20 pages? Not worth my money or time.
To Personamanx:
It's hard to review the unfinished story, you know?
If it was a waste of time for you, fine.
As a DP fan I can say that it was pretty much everything I expected (in positive sense).
I'll start to critize when I'll feel disappointed. Until then, I'm giving this book a chance.
Say No to decompressed storytelling!
No, I merely expect to be entertained by something meant to be entertaining. You can be entertained by this all you want, but it did not deliver in anyway for me.
There are many humour or action oriented comics out there I'll gladly recommend. This book is not one of them.
Of course he is. It's obviously betrayed by the fact that he's devoted about 15x more effort and time complaining about a book that he supposedly had no interest in then it would have taken him to actually read it. Who does that? Someone with a passion for the character, or someone with an agenda.
Probably you're right, especially that he said it like 5 times. I can understand that someone might dislike the humour, though.
I read the similar thread here:

and everyone is saying that they enjoyed the book, so it might be the x-thing, like you said.

You guys are ridiculous. It's called being charitable. I don't like getting wrapped up in criticizing an awful book so I sugar coat it.
At least Deadpool MAX had the decency to have a page of literal shit so it wouldn't be fooling anyone. This book is just a hollow husk of absolutely nothing of any value save for the art, and that's only because despite my unfondness for it, it's technically sound.
I already read plenty that I enjoy. Thank you very much.
But seriously, You accuse me of not reading a book? Seriously? I mean, hey enjoy the book. I really don't, I was being nice about it and then all you can do is accuse me of not reading it because there's no way anyone who read it could possibly dislike it?
All I did was give a Deadpool book another chance and I'm the bad guy.
