I like the poison ivy, but i could leave the rest.

His level of detail is top notch, but they all feel like centerfolds, whereas I like an artist that can make an action scene look good.

Don't love everything he's ever done, but damn, he can put out some great covers.

I never much cared for Lau's cover work. He's fine when doing his own thing, but both his drawing style and rendering technique are just too light and airy to really convey the sort of physical power these type of characters are supposed to project. He's also not particularly convincing when it comes to portraying physical action. His best work is on portraits and static poses featuring his own characters.
