The Flash! Who can forget the Flash, when it ended it pissed me off.

I would add The 1990 Dark Shadows revival. It was melodramatic but I like that in my vampires.

In the same genre, Moonlight with that Hawai 5-0 guy and Sophia Myles. Never can get enough of Sophia Myles. I had a crush on her since Art School Confidental. lol Moonlight had more heart than Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf, True Blood and Twilight all rolled into one.

Many 80s shows like Misfits of Science and so forth did not stayed long enough.

The live action Spider-Man tv show. It was cheesy as Hell but I enjoyed it.

Law & Order: when is this going to end? Law and Order is like the X-Men in the 90s when they had 30 mutant books.

The Nightmare on Elm Street show was great, should have stayed longer.

    The Hat Squad was great.

It consisted of lots and lots of fun but usually poorly developed ideas, which gave the season a rather chaotic feel. Season 7, on the other hand, was just boring, and I've completely lost interest in the show at this point. We'll see if it hits the big 10.
I have to agree. I only got the seasons until 5. I'm done. I'm still amazed at the foresight of that show. Did Kripke really knew how the last episode of the show would have ended from the begining? He did say that the show was meant to be 5 seasons long. You can see how Kripke would have ended season 5 if it was not re-newed. The same thing happened with Buffy, but IMO...Buffy season 6 and 7 were nowhere near as bad as Supernatural season 6 and 7.

IMO, I'm going to have to agree with X-Files as over-staying it's welcome. Also, Entourage was one season too long.

Obvious the one that that was killed before it's time was Firefly!

That caveman show with the Geico guys could've lasted longer. Shame.

The Geico caveman show was horrible.

It was like a show that sounded like it was made on a drunken dare by someone who was trying to get fired? It was one of those shows that makes you wonder how the hell it ever got greenlite. Who were these people that thought making that show was a good idea, why didn't anyone try to stop them?

Yeah, Law & Order has been off for a few years now. It also just started getting good again in it's last season, it was like the first time since Dennis Farina left that it was really watchable again.

I dunno if this Super Hero Squad show is over now, but i just found out about it, my kid loves it and my wife and i think it's hilarious, so if it's gone it ended too soon.

Wasn't Reaper doing pretty good when they cancelled it, but CW didn't think it fit their image?

Yeah, that show was cancelled. My nieces and nephews seemed to really love that show, I was kind of surprised to hear it was cancelled.

too soon: i'll keep it fairly recent, cause otherwise there's ALOT.

    Sybionic Titan

    Thundercats revival

    Stargate Universe

    Day Break

    Kevin Hill

    Journeyman

    Over There

    Over Stayed:

Lost, agreed with what everybody else said

    Law & Order

The Simpsons which is more of a zombie type series now.

Seventh heaven a preachy condescending show.
Okay, before this thread this is what I knew about Tish, zip, zero, nada.
I now know that Tish is a heavily armed, black, bi-sexual, truck driving woman who likes going to the clubs.

    Ended too soon

    - Carnivale
    - The 4400
    - Angel (that last season was its best and could have gone on to better)
    - Caprica (ended too soon , liked the virtual world , could have done better without the BSG link)
    - Dark Skies (could have been really interesting had it continued as the girlfriend has been taken over by the alien and eric close character was all alone in his fight against the alien invasion)
    - the new V - ended on a downer , should have been given one more season to wrap it up.
    - Masters of horror - could easily gone on more seasons
    - Wonderfalls - quirky drama
    - Invasion - though i did not catch all the episodes , the episodes i did catch was interesting. An alien invasion hiding inside a hurricane , basically invasion of the body snatchers on tv.
    - Now and then - basically the new bionic man , unfortunately got cut before it ever got interesting.

    Overstayed their welcome
    - X-files
    - Supernatural
    - Vampire diaries
    - Charmed

I'd forgotten all about that show. It was pretty good, for what it was.

Not quite yet. It's definitely starting to show signs, though.

There's only one L&O show on now, SVU. The others all ended more than a year ago (or more).

Masters of Horror kind of did go on another season, they moved it over to NBC and called it Fear Itself. I don't think it lasted a whole season though.

Invasion was such a let down, I kept waiting for it to get good but it never really did. Just another one of those forgettable "weird" shows that the networks were putting out post Lost...like Surface.

Sons & Daughters was a show that ended far to soon, it would be a few more years until ABC got something like it again that stayed on for more than one season with Modern Family. They also had a funny show called Notes from the Underbelly inbetween the two.

Shark is another show that ended to soon, although CBS fucked the show up in it's second season
