I think they're just busy with other work. I'm not sure what all Oeming's got on his plate, but Bendis is writing four ongoings for Marvel, probably amounting to six or seven issues per month.

....well then.
I'm still banking on it coming out before Scarlet #6 which was originally solicited for June....of 2011.
According to Heavy Ink, Powers: Bureau #1, Scarlet #6, and Brilliant #5 are ALL going to hit the stands in February. Now what are the chances of THAT actually happening.
