Villain Crossover: Take One Hero's Villain and Give Him to Another Hero

In the last five years, we've seen a bit of movement in the villain groups, characters becoming crossover villains from one hero to another. Norman Osborn is one example, moving from a Spidey villain to a full-on Avengers villain.

What Crossovers would you like to see? What villains would be great threats if put up against another hero?

Doc Rot as a villian for various inhuman/supernatural sorts, like Morbius, Werewolf By Night, N'Katnu the Living Mummy

Mr. X as a Daredevil villain (the fights woud be brutal and amazing!)

Kraven as a Namor villain (but the poor guy would have to have some kind of boost to actually survive)

Mister Sinister as a Fantastic Four villain

Doctor Doom as an X-Men villain. There's not a lot of reason for him to go after them but it would be cool to see Doom and Cyclops lock horns.

Without some kind of power-up, nothing. But I can see a big-game hunter interested in taking out a unique creature on the earth. Besides, there are plenty of Alantean artifacts laying around to help Kraven balance the scales.

The Mandarin in Doctor Strange's rogues gallery. Iron Man can have Nightmare in exchange. I'm sure Tony could cook up something odd to mess with brain activity during REM sleep that would give Nightmare... well, nightmares.

obscure marvel mutant monsoon would be a good namor rogue. he has storm's powers so he could actually put up a fight with namor potentially. and he's an eco-terrorist, namor's specialty.

Doom against x-men sounds awesome, I'd also have; Doctor octopus and war machine, super Skrull for deadpool and thanos take on doctor strange.

Killmonger would make for a great Avengers villain, he is basically a master planner like T'Challa but selfish and even stronger then T'Challa. With Zemo being a pale shade of himself and regulated into being another Captain America villain and Osborn dead for the moment, he would be a great Avengers villain.
