Does anyone know if DC intends to publish (or already published) a trade for Batman The Troika? It was the story that followed Batman The Prodigal. Bruce resumes his Batman id from Dick and wears a new black trunkless costume (which i think he kept until the conclusion of No Man's Land). Jones Kelley (who made the covers for many installments of Knightfall) took over as Batman's regular artist introducing a gothic and scary take of the character!

No there never was. It was a common complaint surrounding the new Knightfall volumes that were just released along with not releasing the prelude issues (beginning with Batman 484), Sword of Azrael, and Knightquest: The Search
