Maybe it will be Phil with Doc Ock's mind in his body? That could be interesting. A bit convoluted, but who knows (I suppose it's as plausible as Ock switching minds with Peter - something that I would hate....)

I would like to apologize for my previous comment in this thread.
It was silly of me to assume that single mothers are heroes.
It was obvious that the original poster meant "above normal people."

Has anything been confirmed about the new Spider-Man being a character already established in the universe or being someone completely brand new? Yes, either Wacker or Slott said the new Spidey would be a character with "serious Spider-Man pedigree" so I guess it is someone we are well familiar with and not someone being dropped into the title for the first time. Originally Posted by CrazyShady
