Battle of the probability-altering lucky bums!

Teela Brown (Ringworld) vs. Bink (Xanth) vs. a Harry Potter who accidentally rolled 00 when mixing potions together and got a permanent Felix Felicis potion.

(Note that Bink's talent, despite supposedly being 'protection from magic', appears to be sentient and engineers things to a ridiculous extent. It may actually be protecting him from everything in the long run. After all, the guy hasn't died yet...)

So who of these three's 'luck' trumps the rest?

I don't know about the other two, but as I undertand it, Felix Felisis basically let's you intuitively feel what the best course of action in a given situation is. So it doesn't so much give you supernatural luck as it kinda tells you: "I should totally put my invisibility cloak on and walk into this random corridor. I have no idea why, but I have a very good feeling about it."

In other words, it's probably limited to what is actually possible in that specific context. It won't twist the universe into letting you find a million bucks for no reason, but if someone has actually stashed a million bucks nearby it will let you know how to find it.

...Come to think of it, that potion would have been incredibly useful for finding the horcruxes. I'm surprised Dumbledore didn't brew up a whole bottle of the stuff an will it to Harry in Deathly Hallows.
