Out of all the mutants in the Marvel Universe that is the ten? Marrow, Shatterstar, and Nate Grey do not belong on that list.

All of these characters are unquestionably terrible, indeed.
Sorry Brevoort, Alonso and Lowe, but Jean Grey is a classic character. She'll outlive you regardless. :)
