Nothing tried is worse than nothing gained.
I don't think real world humans are capable of using webshooters with any kind of accuracy. They don't have the strength for it.
1. Aim. Start spraying holding web-shooters in firing position. Keep moving them around getting wolfies all nice and stuck.
2. Normal person is in deep trouble.
3. As long as you've got 100 feet and just keep spraying, you should be able to evade long enough to bog any of these down. You don't need the speed and agility of Spider-Man to evade these for a few seconds.
4. I don't know how good the webbing is going to be in water. A bloodlusted dolphin could be trouble.
5. Normal guy is toast. He's not going to use the webbing to block bullets by making shapes out of them like shields.
6. That's too vague. Depends on how many, how fast they are.
7. Easy win for the webs. He bogs the other guy down before they get close to each other.
