Or interesting and hilarious. I've been reading comics since the early 1970s, and I'd honestly rather lose Dick Grayson or Tim Drake at this point than Damian. I mean, I'd rather lose no one at all. I like Tim Drake and Dick Grayson a lot. But if I absolutely had to pick one character to be gone, Damian would be completely safe.

But again, as someone earlier pointed out, the chances of anyone other than Morrison being allowed to kill off Damian are nil.

There are 2 people that I want to die. One I wished was dead before the reboot and one I'd have only wished good things on before but now can't stand. I know neither are going to suffer that fate.

The last time I can remember Batman crying was in the Zero Hour tie in issue where he watched his parents react to his alternate version being killed instead of them in Crime Alley.

And the only person who could kill Damian is Talia, at least until Leviathan is resolved.

Morrison would not be working for DC right now if Snyder had the power to do this. He may be the "Head Batman writer", but let's not fool ourselves. Morrison carries way more weight in the comic industry than Snyder does and is not someone you want to piss off given the lucrative potential his name has. He's not going to kill one of the key characters in a story Morrison has been writing for years in his third major story as a Batman writer. And why would DC do that anyway? Who's going to be Robin, lol Tim? A Robin is another financial outlet and another creative outlet. It's not going to happen, I wish people would give up on this.

I have similar reasons for wanting Tim dead at the moment as one of the 2. But I feel his character is still salvaleable and certain things would need to happen in the DCU before his death could have the right impact, ironically the very same things that I think would salvage his character. So for the moment I'd keep him alive.

The current Huntress does nothing for me, and Damian's existence makes the one thing that stands out about her redundant. But she can just be sent to her home dimension without things getting bloody, so no need to kill her. Plus she doesn't really count as part of the bat-family.

It won't be Catwoman. She's already scheduled to appear in the JLA next year. Then again, maybe DC will come to their senses and kill off this DCnU one that they mangled so badly and start fresh.
