Since Bruce is in peak physical shape and a genius to boot, how would he do in every sport?
(Even things like eating competitions, strong man and so on)

His physical stats alone should put him at the top of a whole lot of sports. Things like eating competitions are harder to say. I'm not sure if Batman has any "can eat a lot" feats and I'm also not sure if I want him to have any.
A woman can move a lot faster with her skirt up than a man can with his pants down.
How good are his strength workouts? There are people who can benchpress and deadlift 1000 lbs +.
His in world feats are well beyond his narrative strength descriptions. He's leaped distances, lifted objects, and move at speeds that have no real world parallel. He might lose at something that requires artistic ability (Figure skating) but I could see him excelling at that with a bit of practice. CBPH's are so outside real human ability they would massacre normal athletes.
Cooking is a sport? Since when?
Since Kaga realised his dream in a form never seen before.

Iron Chef fills the basic requirement to be considered a sport. The time limit makes it a physical competition. There are other major aspects to it that in many ways overshadow the physical, but the same is true of football. In fact, whether the physical aspect is even required is questionable, since chess is recognized as a sport by the International Olympic Committee, and things like poker tournaments are often considered sports as well.
Personally, I think the real defining factor is entertainment. A competitive event used for entertainment covers pretty much everything that's ever been considered a sport.

It makes perfect sense. The involvement of sweaty, muscular men has always been a pretty nebulous requirement that seemed more based on the sensibilities of movie highschool bullies than anything realistic. There's always a push to devalue other competitions as "not real" sports, and it's always been goofy.

The benchpress world record is 1075 lbs, and that's with the special vests and one rep (which means that there were spotters). Meanwhile, pre-DCnU, Bruce was shown benchpressing 1000 lbs alone, which means that he either is crazy (well, actually...) or he can do several reps of that, which would mean that his 1RM is higher than that, and I don't think that it would be just 75lbs above 1000lbs.
