It's good to see you excited for something, but yeah, still not really interested in this 'all female team' idea myself.

Granted, being that Fear Itself: The Fearless was a Secret Avengers story, I'm more inclined to think this is just that relaunching rather than actually an all female team book.

Re-reading The Fearless, it's painfully obvious Bunn not only wanted an ongoing, but expected one.
At the end you've got a new team to be assembled, Sin heading the DOA, and Hellstrom's entire involvement in the book was planting story seeds that would likely have grown in said potential ongoing.

His use of Dani Moonstar and Songbird in the mini gives me a bit of hope that they'll both make it into this series. Of course, enough time has passed that this may not pull quite as much from The Fearless as originally planned.

Still, there is a very noticeable use of female superheroes in that mini.

Valkyrie, Storm, Danni Moonstar, Songbird, Sharon Carter, Black Widow, it was really cool how he was hinting at it.

Should this book be what most of us are speculating, the roster without a doubt is my biggest concern. Let's face it, no matter how much we wish it was different, retailer confidence in female fronted books (especially at the margins Marvel and DC want to sell them) is not at the level we wish it was and while you do have a couple of winners in Wonder Woman and Batgirl, Captain Marvel just missed having 25,000 orders in September, meaning that the book needs to get to a stable number sooner than later. With that data in mind, I can EASILY see Marvel putting as many of their most high profile girls on this team as possible, no matter how little sense it makes story wise. So to hedge my bets, I'm going to reveal the Roster I want to see, and the Roster we're probably going to see.

Just saw this thread and S/D's all over the place hopeful for S/D be in it; She-Hulk fans debating between Jen and Lyra (who is a fair possibility to me as Bunn team-up Lyra and Loa in FI: The Deep). If there's a She-Hulk I'm in!
