SPACE FOR RENT!
Impressive.
Not sure I like the Thor/Loki parallel of making Randor and (Keldor) Skeletor brothers. That changes The dynamics a fair bit.
Also, Randor was wrong about the no killing policy. Or maybe the policy was wrong but that guy was a threat and simply injuring him was not an option for a small child.
Please pardon any aggressive auto-correct feature typos.
It's not Skeletor's face that's melting off; it's mine, and it's all Fraser Irving's fault.
Beautiful.

I'm so not a Frazer Irving fan at all, but what you know? This looks pretty good! I finally found the comic where I think his art works for me! I mean look at that first page! It's horrifying amazing!
Very cool. I'm quite tempted to get this series...
DC: Batman Inc - Batman & Robin - Batman - Justice League - Justice League of America - A̶c̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶C̶o̶m̶i̶c̶s̶
Batman fights death, and Superman fights the impossible - Grant Morrison
This was written fairly well, with obviously great art, but I don't care for the approach DC has taken with the He-Man franchise. They're trying to take it more seriously and tailor it to an adult audience, but that takes away from what made He-Man fun and memorable in the first place. If you take away the camp and kitsch, the characters, stories, and franchise itself is not very interesting or noteworthy. Goofy Skeletor is way more enjoyable than serious Skeletor.
I got it because of the sick creative team, but didn't really like it. It's just the most generic origin for a villain I could think of.
OK. I have pre-ordered the mini. Kid's stuff inside. And now, this one. Irving Fraser. It's Irving Fraser!!!!! Damned!!! Lucky, I also have pre-ordered it!!![]()
2000 AD of course!!!All Hail The Mighty Tharg
I enjoyed it.
A lot.
The plot was fairly cliche, but the execution was absolutely flawless, the approach of using Bergman's Wild Strawberries perfect, the prose and imagery haunting as hell.
Great.

The Randor/Keldor connection is not new to this comic. If I remember correctly, it was alluded to in the mini-comics that came with the action figures and later cemented in the MOTU cartoon revamp of 2002.
My only hope is that this one-shot and the one previous are included in the mini's trade.
The repetive nature of the main on going has pretty much sapped any interest I had in it but the digital chapters and this one shot have been pretty entertaining.
Correct. Keldor was first mentioned in the "The Search for Keldor" minicomic that came out towards the end of the original series. The 200x series made it explicit for the first time.
And if you guys want serious He-Man, go read those early Alfredo Alcala minicomics from before Filmation. Now those, those were violent. He-Man was literally blonde Conan.
That skinny blue guy is going to become Skeletor? Keldor really buffed up after his face fell off.
Uncanny X-Men is about black people and gays who are straight and white, but have superpowers.
X-O Manowar. Harbinger. Bloodshot. Archer & Armstrong. Swamp Thing. Dial H. Captain Marvel. Hit-Girl. Saga. Prophet. Read my reviews of these and more at The Comic Book Couple!
