Maybe a little naivete is what is needed here though and since neither asking at conventions nor asking a variation on the same question doesn't seem to be doing anything then maybe something else needs to be done. It can't hurt.

Yeah I'm pretty much done too (again I have no idea where this is going) but again, I don't think fans have any input. Saying the right magic word at Con isn't going to do anything.

Your aware of course that the comic is going to be non-canon from month to month. Some months Barbara will be seen as Oracle, and others she will be Batgirl. And on a personal note, I find it truly odd to read someone cheering for a character to have a disability and to be bound to a wheelchair. Yep, odd indeed.

People are putting WAY too much thought into a book that features Damian leading a parade of turkeys with a trumpet.

Lol, I had been wondering where the larger majority of the usual insanity that infests the Batgirl issue threads had gone, now I see it's on this thread, HA. This comic is as innocuous as they come, and to see what a crap-storm some are trying to make out of it, truly only internet comic bloggers are capable of (chuckle).

Um, part of the time Bab's/Batgirl will be in this online comic, and I wasn't complaining (?), I'm just amused. Also, I now read Nightwing as well as will be reading the upcoming Katana series, who will also from time to time be seen in this comic. I've already said from time to time I will read this comic short, depending on who is featured on a given month 'cause it's just so cute! So it's not an "us/or" issue as we are BOTH readers of this comic, and thus BOTH participators on occasion to threads such as this.

Just read the New Year's issue of Li'l Gotham. Still no Stephanie Brown (boo), but then again no heroes at all, really... Bats appears on all of two pages and that's it. It's essentially Gotham City Sirens redux, as Catwoman makes a New Year's resolution to reform and Harley and Ivy immediately show up to put it to the test. The usual cute fun -- at one point Selina dons a librarian skirt and glasses that might be a nod to her dowdy Golden Age civilian identity, and the Carpenter makes another cameo, this time with some dialogue!

One interesting part: Harley is wearing her classic costume, but with a shock of red hair sticking out of her hat at all times, possibly in a nod to her new look. If that's just Dustin indulging his inner artist, cool beans; if it was editorially mandated, come on, guys. (As an optimist, I'm inclined to think the former.). We're also apparently getting two issues in February -- c'mon, Dustin and Derek, wrangle us a Tim/Steph valentines special! (Those two were always so cute together.)

Anybody else read it?

Another great issue. these aren't just cute, they are neat little stories with perfect characterizations.

I'm guessing Valentine's day and presidents day issues, lol?
