I wonder if the vampires he talks about will include Andrew Bennett or be tied to I, Vampire in any way.

Well I, Vampire #0 showed the Demon Knights (some anyway) battling Cain. So I would imagine it'll involve him.

I'm pretty sure it can't involve Andrew himself, as the storyline in the book predates him by centuries. But yeah, I'm sure this'll be the "Demon Knights vs. Cain" storyline hinted at in I, Vampire and Demon Knights #4.
