Looking at those pages tells me one thing: Dean White makes anything and everything look awesome.

I'm excited about this! I like Remender's ideas for the story and about Steve's development into the hero he became. And I DO NOT UNDERSTAND what so many people find objectionable in JRJr's art! I like him, I've ALWAYS liked him, and I think this work is GREAT!

Some of my questions were answered, particularly the horror one. Very Island of Doctor Moreau....that and 60s style gore - no problem.

Looking forward to seeing more art. I think after the first issue this will really improve since JRjr sounds like he's getting over what issues he had.

For some reason, I'm getting a very 'planet of the apes' feeling about Dimension Z. I like that.

(Now when I am going to see Cap in an Escape from NY like scenario. )

This is Captain America without the pomp and Circumstance. This is Captain America without the Hero worship - but doing superheroics. I like this, and despite my constant naggings on the portayal of the character, I will be picking this up and supporting this title.

    I'm interested in this.

Remender hasn't put a foot wrong yet IMO.

Definitely looks worth a look. Issue 1 here I come.
Anyone who thinks DC is bringing back the Silver Age doesn't know what the Silver Age is.

There is no such word as "persay," it's per se, two words, from the Latin.

I like Remender a lot, but the dialogue in those panels--woo-hoo. The Green Skull, some terrorist tree-hugger that Cap calls "a hippie?" Didn't Cap sleep through the '60s? This guy's being written like he's John Walker.

As for the Brevoort being present, I'm more interested in the fact that a PR flak was present to monitor the "interview." All this stuff is being dictated by the home office in Hollywood.

The Newsarama interview, the questioner asked Remender "Why Armin Zola?"

    Duuurrr.
