This final issue could have been significantly improved by including a panel of Leong and Nga chasing Tier. But Rahne doesn't get invited to these shindigs.

Good art; Doug continues to be utterly pathetic. Can't stand how he dragged this book down with the nonsensical plots revolving around him.
