Instead of this approach aimed at young children with such an obviously kiddie version of the characters, which ultimately limits the audience, I feel they should be truly aiming at all-ages, and feature the iconic versions of the characters in stories truly aimed at all-ages as DC did with those comics in Cheerios cereal boxs with General Mills in January 2012, which even persuaded me to buy Cheerios, not my favorite cereal.

Not sure what you mean by what are you missing? But I agree. Morrsion's run I havent loved. the first couple issues I did but I feel it has gone downhill

I'm glad he got the Nu52 reboot, something had to be done about the character

No. No, I do not. I do, however, believe it was marketed in such a way. So much so that people tow the line that it was, but would anyone have said it was a reflection of the 'Occupy' movement if DC hadn't said something similar all over they place? Action was written before it was drawn before it was published before 'Occupy' got underway.

I certainly would have. the references aren't exactly subtle. In fact, to this day I never ran across any cases of DC referencing the Occupy movement in the manner you're implying. I don't pay a lot of attention to the marketing messages that come out of DC.
