This is highly unlikely unless the new writer is working extremely fast. CW already has their midseason and replacement shows lined up, as they unveiled at the upfronts. Also, I don't think they'd waste a midseason launch on a large property like Wonder Woman. They would do a fall launch with the same kind of aggressive advertising campaign they did for Arrow.
Also, I work in TV production, and the chances of getting a script done in a good place and ready to shoot by June, at this point, is impossible. A production designer usually requires 3 to 4 weeks of prep, so essentially they would have to be ready to go by tomorrow for a June shoot. July is more likely than June but I don't see it happening that fast. This is more likely to be an off cycle pilot, which means it would get picked up most likely in the fall then the pilot would be shot before the new year. If that were to happen this would already be done and in the can before CW picks up the other pilots for the 2014-2015 season. A decision to pick up to series would most likely happen somewhere between March to May 2014.
This is an extremely important property for the WB studio and the CW network. They're not going to do a rush job because they would want this and Arrow to be anchors for the network's schedule when it launches.
