I'm really disappointed that nobody at Marvel deems Storm as a viable leader to fill the void in the wake of Xavier's death and Cyclops imprisonment. She's proven herself capable and willing to make the tough decisions when necessary, but she's also a substantially more likeable character in-universe compared to Scott, able to be kinder and more compassionate.
