Marvel needs to get their shit together when it comes to games. Movie tie-in? iOs? Facebook? MMO? Kinect?! Come on. Where are the AAA titles with the big names? DC has made two amazing Batman games and both of them were serious contenders for GOTY in their respective years of release. When is Marvel going to bring it to that level? We were getting to that level in the mid-2000s with Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, The Punisher, X-Men Legends, Ultimate Alliance (and neither Legends or Alliance was a freakin MMO. MMOs suck, DON'T MAKE THEM!), and Ultimate Spider-Man. Games that were coming out without movie tie-ins and were good attempts at making good Marvel games. What happened? Is Deadpool seriously their answer to Arkham freakin' City?

And someone screwed up. The Wolverine game from a few years back was rated M.

I stand corrected! 60th is still pretty darn good!

""Deadpool" will be the rare Marvel video game that is rated M for Mature; the panel noted that the last one was 1997's "X-Men: Rise of Apocalypse," which was a mod for the first-person shooter "Quake.""

Uh, pretty sure both Wolverine games have been rated M, and the last one was released in '09...

I'm pretty sure that one wasn't my mistake, as they specifically mentioned the Rise of Apocalypse mod as being the last one.

Yeah seeing as how they panelists were the ones that stated it I'd say it was theirs. It's kind of sad too because the Origins game was pretty decent, and actually worth remembering imo

For the record, I did not write the picture captions. But it is "upcoming" for the Wii U!

Deadpool would have to exceed even my lofty expectations to be compared to Arkham City. Still, I think it'll be good given the studio that's behind it. It'll probably match it in terms of fun, though. Another plus: it's not a movie tie-in.

DC lucked out with Rocksteady Studios/Eidos making those Batman games, before that Batman games were like Batman: Dark Tomorrow, which was unplayable. Or they were things like that Aquaman game some people don't even know is a thing.

Right now it seems like Activision has most of Marvels licenses and are a bit too content with just sitting on them while the teams that use to make the Marvel games do stuff that makes them more money, like: the between Call of Dutys, and CoD DLC.
