I think he just took the layout of the characters from the Marvel Now! advertisement and redrew them bigger and more detailed. I'm sure it saved time.

I'm pretty sure he draws them digitally like seen on that Disney short. With that he can zoom it and get the details and them put them in a larger picture. Originally Posted by Alex6166
