If Tony's Tumor is NOT a trick of Modi, I'm betting it's him somehow separated from Tony.
Reason for this, is that Edmondson says Tony does NOT have Anthony in his miniseries, and that's all he would say. So chances are something is happening with Anthony by the endish of this arc.

Humphries said that there probably won't be an Iron Man again after this. So I think it's Tony Stark.

Given that it looks exactly like a repainted version of Tony's new Phantom armor, it has to be either Tony Stark or Anthony.

I say Monica Chang the Black Widow. I only say this because of the January cover for Ultimates. The way she is standing in front of the armor just feels like its hinting to it. Though covers are most of the time a lie so yeah...

I'm going with an Iron Man paint job. The likelihood of this somehow involving Anthony seems high though, it could be some sort of robot. But if Shumphries said that there won't be an Iron Man after this, when does Edmondson's mini take place?

I'm going to go with President Cap as Iron Patriot. The solicit for Issue 19 says "President Cap comes face to face with a painful reality! The debut of the Iron Patriot!", then issue 20 shows Black Widow saluting Iron Patriot. My thoughts are the painful reality has something to do with Steve being dependent on the armor and needing it to stay alive or be able to walk or something.

It's not a muscular person like Cap or Thor who is in it, the armor would have been more bigger.

I'm going to say there is nobody human inside : maybe Anthony (but why against mutants?), Stryker or Master Mold... Ultron?
