    By Marc Middleton
    Dec 28, 2012 - 8:27:26 AM

    - Here are some more notes from last night's WWE RAW live event at Madison Square Garden in New York City:

    * The box office was open for 1 hour after the show with WWE Hall of Fame tickets on sale. There were huge lines after the show.

    * Names in attendance included Betty Skaaland, singer Phil Collins, DMC of Run DMC fame, The Big O and Zack Ryder's dad. Paul Heyman's family was also in attendance.

    * The show was ran backstage by Michael Hayes and John Laurinaitis.

    * The big talk backstage was about a female fan who tried to jump on the roof of Ryback's car before the show. Apparently she was trying to make it inside the car.

Paul Heyman Takes a Table Bump, Road Dogg Comments After Win at MSG, More
    By Marc Middleton
    Dec 28, 2012 - 8:16:17 AM

    - "Road Dogg" BG James and Billy Gunn picked up another win over Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow at last night's RAW live event from Madison Square Garden. James tweeted the following after the event:

"@RealBillyGunn and I just ignited a fire under NYC! It felt so good just to feel the electricity generated by Madison Square Garden! #OUDK It felt equally as good in The Garden to experience this! Awesome feeling at this stage of our career! #glorytoGod"

Most of last night's MSG show was about the same as the previous night in Detroit. Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns defeated The Miz, Kane and Daniel Bryan in their MSG debut.

The Ryback vs. Paul Heyman NYC Street Fight barely happened as The Shield jumped Ryback as he made his entrance. This brought out Miz, Kane and Bryan for a brawl. Ryback ended up hitting Shell Shocked on Heyman for the win. Ryback returned to the ring and speared Heyman through a table in the corner to end it.

What point does it serve to have Rhodes and Sandow losing to the Old Age Outlaws?

To pop the crowd because it's a house show.

yep, specially since house shows I think are "out of continuity".

Is there a difference between a house show crowd and a live show/PPV crowd?

its a house show, and it gives them a chance to work together before to see if the feud would work on TV and maybe have the Outlaws put them over

much like the LoD and Funk and Foley did for them back during the Attitude Era

It's a house show. Doesn't really matter cause it's out of WWE continuity.

It's still amazing that even in 2002 Hennig could still run circles around people, wrestling wise. You have no idea how bad I wanted him to win the Rumble when he was apart of the final three
