Meltzer gave a bit of info on the podcast right now on Flair and the lawsuit business.
The lawsuit is still there, but he talked to mcdevitt (Head of wwe's legal team) and he said they(TNA) have literaly done nothing with it since we all originaly heard about it. Because of that, they moved forward since it had been almost a year. This just means all the theories on WWE dragging it out and such weren't true, TNA apprently had no plan when they filed the suit except keeping WWE from singing people, when the only person they wanted was Flair.
Also said the current plan is indeed to try to save Tensai by making him a comedy guy since they failed so hardcore in getting him over as white japanese guy.

I thought Raw last night mostly sucked with a few exceptions here and there (WOOOOOOOOOO). And then you end the night with Cena getting laid out by a guy who dresses like a Nation of Domination member using a really stupid looking move.

I thought the white Japanese guy was a comedy gimmick?

I really enjoyed Raw last night. Dunno why exactly, but I thought it was a really fun show. None of the matches were all that great, but with all the returns and angles (like the Flair - Punk - Shield epic angle), the show flew by.

I found Raw to be better than last weeks. The only two negative sides were the constand pandering to the WWE Apps and Vickie's childish tantrums. If AJ's heel turn leads to her chasing after the divas title then I can see some sense into the angle but for now AJ has grown tolerable, when compared to Vickie

Dreamer left the company on good terms . They wanted him to stay and be more a road agent type. Dreamer wanted to keep wrestling more or less. From a report its said the WWE was surprised at his pop he got and they likely will have him come out from time to time.

To turn AJ heel they should probably put Cena with someone who isn't Vickie, and then have her do something mean to Cena in a city that doesn't hate him.
BTW, Goldberg chants are back for at least a month since Raw audiences are sheep, though next week is taped so they can fudge the sound.

Its from time to time...not every week . It will likely be weeks before they bring out Dreamer again.
