Cool, Goyer and Johns are a great a team. I wonder what kind of event they're planning to do?.
Comic Books are fun, Comic Book fans not so much.
Wonder if it is a Green Lantern thing.
13 issue event... Sounds epic. Hope it's bi-weekly.

Goyer and Johns on the same project? It sounds like a recipe for epic awesome, but I'm a little put off by big events at the moment. After Avengers vs. X-men crashed and burned so spectacularly, I'm not sure I have the stomach for another event that does the same. But if anyone can do what Avengers vs. X-men was supposed to do, it's these two.

Could be nice to see Goyer curb some of Johns more annoying stylistic habits and proclivities. Certainly JSA was never as good as when those two were working on it together (actually, IMHO, at its best when Goyer and Robinson were working on it together).
Still, probably wouldn't be terribly excited about this either way.

It'll probably be a big crossover with Earth 2.
Wonder when this will be schedule since it wouldn't make sense to have it clash with Multiversity.

Yeah, but he's talked about writing an Earth 1/Earth 2 crossover already, and he's the only one who really knows what is going on in Earth 2, so it would make sense for him to be intimately involved in any crossover. At the very least he'd be co-plotter, yet Goyer only mentions Johns and himself.

Maybe something that brings John Blake into the DCnU? Or otherwise draws on Goyer's movie work? It'd make sense for Johns, as Creative Director, to be involved in something like that.
