    American Vampire on hiatus? NOOOO!

The Wake however, sounds pretty cool. Can't wait to see Snyder and Murphy team up again.

Yep, saw the Snyder Murphy title announcement coming. That was first mentioned almost a year ago, so it's about time! Looking forward to it. Jeff Lemire's new mini series sounds cool as well.

holy shit, those covers for Trillium look INCREDIBLE.

Anyway, as far as Trillium and the Wake go, SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!

Damned shame about American Vampire going on hiatus, but given this announcement of the Wake and yesterday's announcement of Man of Steel, it makes sense. I'd prefer a bit of a hiatus on American Vampire over Snyder leaving Swamp Thing, which is what I suspected might happen.

I'm still betting he leaves Swamp Thing.

At least I'm not reading American Vampire monthly and just doing it with the trades. Still, hope they aren't gone for long.

The Wake and Trillium? Bring it Snyder and Lemire! My body is ready.

Also after two break issues, it'll be nice to get back to the plot in Saucer Country. I'll be doing some rereading to catch myself and make sure I remember everything for the next issue.

Hey! There was no mention of Collider! What the hell.

I agree. Either way you slice it, Snyder would still be writing 4 monthlies, and that's just too much to keep any sort of quality on those books. And to be honest, I kind of hope he is leaving Swamp Thing - I'm ready for something new on the title.

Where the heck is Collider? And not cool having Fables characters in Unwritten. They will taint Carey's genius.

I agree, except that I imagine Carey wouldn't do it unless he thought he could do something interesting with it. I gave up on Fables after the 8th or so trade, so I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Yeah, I think it's pretty telling while Lemire has talked a bit about what he has planned post-Rotworld, Snyder hasn't said a word.

Vertigo is awesome. Looks like I have to start working on Unwritten sooner then I thought. The only bad news is about American Vampire which I get in trade but still it is sad news.

American Vampire going on hiatus isn't because the story has gotten stale no? Please answer for me without spoilers? I have only read up to the third trade which ends with WWII.

I am hoping that AmVam is taking a break mainly because Snyder is doing other stuff and not because the ideas haven't been good.
Reading: Batman, Wonder Woman, American Vampire, The Walking Dead, Ghostbusters, Transformers
    Considering: Swamp Thing, Animal Man
