Wolverine's dark past at last! Gosh! I'm so happy!![]()
Yet another Wolverine book?![]()
Wolverine didn't "grab" audiences with his first appearance- it was forgettable at best, and the only reason the character survived at all was because John Byrne shoehorned him into the new X-Men. Byrne was Canadian, and wanted to have a Canadian on the team. Or so I've read. This whole business about Wolverine being a cornerstone of the Marvel Universe since his inception is a little off.
I wish we'd get an Uncanny X-Men Season One featuring the All-New All-Different team. Hopeless's book was good, but it's not fair to exclude the better characters.
