I dunno about Max Lord, but I could see him being revealed as an immortal, time-travelling con man from the 51st century.

Considering that the show is doing well in introducing so many nods to the wider DC universe (Iron Heights, Bludhaven, Markovia), but really wants to avoid super powers, Lord makes sense as a rich DC business man.

The only issue is that if it is him, then I'm going to end up wanting to see Checkmate, Waller and the Suicide Squad and that might be seen as just ripping off Smallville story lines.

If he is Max Lord you think they will give him some low level telepathic powers at one point? I know in comics he isn't exactly low level, but for the tv series that might be a better fit since GA isn't superhuman.

Deathstroke's mask was really bad. They should have gone with the metal version from the Teen Titans animated series.

I thought it was pretty good, storyline wise it was good for the season. The fight between Deathstroke and the chinese Archer was pretty cool. Deathstroke looked pretty dangerous.

Nice to see Ollie is smart with his planning and not just vigilante street work.

I was so pumped to see Deathstroke tonight. I squealed out loud like 10 times during the episode. The only thing that could've made his appearance better is a better looking mask. That mystery material he was wearing kinda gave me the creeps.
