The "other" team also has original X-Force members like Cable and Domino. Sorry, but an X-Force team with Cable will always be better than an X-Force team without him.

Other than UXF's excellent Dark Angel Saga I have to respectfully disagree. The Road Trip era was fun for awhile but, much like X-Statix, it just wasn't X-Force without Cable. It didn't feel like X-Force. To me X-Force at its core has always been about being more proactive and militant in approach than the X-men, and Cable really epitomizes that. The Kyle/Yost X-Force run had that feel to a certain degree, but took it to the extreme by making them basically assassins. And UXF had that vibe initially, but I feel like after TDAS it started to lose focus and steam.
Sorry, but I just think that Cable is X-Force. Without him it becomes something else. IMO Psylocke's new UXF has more of an Excalibur vibe to it. Not that that's a bad thing, mind you. I'm personally really looking forward to both X-Force books.
