Or Skullmaster for being undefeated throughout most of Mighty Max?

Xanatos is probably the most magnificent bastardy of them, since those plots were his bread and butter. Doom has had his moments, though, like thrashing Wakanda, but he's far more willing to get in people's faces to get what he wants, and that's less magnificent. As for Skullmaster, I don't remember doing too much intricate plotting. He did avoid most of the classic Evil Overlord pitfalls, though, which makes him cool in my book.

ditto. while being voiced by tim curry is all kinds of cool, SM didnt really do much as far as planning goes. things just were meant to happen the way they happened, if you saw the last ep of the show.

Honestly? I'd figure any confrontation between Xanatos doing whatever to appease Doom's ego so as to defuse the situation, possibly even offering his services as an underling. While secretly profiting off of the whole thing of course.
