how long were you waiting for this to happen? like, since it went off the air? MacGyver The Comic was totally on your short list of things that need to happen?

    weird.

I recently just re-watched all 7 seasons of the TV show and the two '94 tele-films. Got the set for cheap so I enjoyed the nostalgia trip.
That allowed me to perhaps read the dialogue as if the show were running. The voiceover narration where Mac is talking about the garden specifically. Many a show started with an "out of touch friend/colleague/mentor" that contacted Mac. It felt very much like an episode of the show.

I've wanted MacGuyver, in some form, to come back to television. Even if meant recasting his son and doing a father/son show but a reboot is most likely going to happen at some point. I mean Dallas, Beauty&the Beast, 90210, Hawaii 5-0, Bionic Woman and Knight Rider to name a few so it seems it'll get it's chance.

I didn't even know this was coming out. I was scanning the indie section at my LCS for the new Valiant books this week and paused when I saw the title.
This is the first Image book I've bought and read since MarineMan #6, it's just not a publisher I gravitate to often.

It wasn't just you: I haven't seen an episode in a couple years, but it sounded like Mac to me to.

People were pining away for a new Amethyst book as well as a He-Man book...so is this really a stretch? Bet there is a large Thunder Cats contingent out there as well.

I always thougth the show was lame, over the top cheesy, but am looking forward to the comic anyway!
