I think the tone of the show and the writing has matured from the first season.I'm referring to the exchange between Aya and Razer, and Sinestro's explanation of what happened to the alien prisoner.Pretty ruthless.

Great introduction to Sinestro as well as combining it with a some horror themed elements.
Really good episode. I had a bad feeling this show was getting meh because of last week.
Any word if John Stewart will make an appearance?

it was a good episode. will sinestro get to appear again in future episodes?
Sinestro was awesome. It speaks to the creator's skill that they can make Sinestro so imposing, deep and complex within 20 minutes. All around great episode.
I'm loving this series. The animation style took a bit to get used to but the story telling is at a fantastic level.

Looks pretty awesome, though I may be a little wary of getting too much nude Zilius Zox![]()
I'm wondering if this will be the catalyst for Atrocitus geting his ring back...
Nice to see Krona & Bleez make appearances on the show. I did not see that happening to Aya.

Por que? ;(
So I'll ask because I don't fully understand the term: was this a "women in refrigerators" moment?

Indeed.
I'm feeling disheartened because that was one aspect of the show that made it good. Hopefully one of those comic book miracles will rear up and fix that particular scene. Really tired of tragic heroes. Uplifting was a nice change.
(Until they muffed it.)
Kind of. Space is cold and in it no one can hear you (fans) scream.
To Sleep, perchance To Dream. The computer in Logan's Run was correct. Life after 30 isn't worth the trouble. Old age is a literal pain.
I don't think so, since her sacrifice was her choice and explored from her perspective. A "women in refrigerators" can't equal every time a female character dies, there can be agency in death as well.
Also DC Nation trailers have shown spoilers:end of spoilers
a dark Aya accompanying a repowered Atrocitus. So she'll likely be coming back but evil.
Anyways this episode had a lot of great comedic beats as well some great quiet moments (that were both non-actions and action ones).
