Can you send a submission to Image Central and Shadowline at the same time? The Shadowline website says the following:
    http://www.shadowlineonline.com/submissions
    1. NO projects that have already been submitted to Image Central.
    - Shadowline is NOT a back-door into Image. If IC has rejected you, we will too.

Or do you have to roll the dice and hope you click better with Eric or Jim?

    Hi, DarthCommenter!

I'm the PR person at Image, and I would recommend that you compare the titles published under Image Central and those published under Shadowline. After you get a feel for which line your book would fit in with better, you can make your decision. To me (not speaking for Jim Valentino or Eric Stephenson at all here), Shadowline has more of a classic independent feel to its books -- they're a bit more intimate and usually are mini-series. Image Central books tend toward the more expansive (think Saga, The Manhattan Projects, Fatale).
