Does Scarlet Witch need a new costume?

I just saw how Wanda is coming back pretty soon in AvX, just next month actually. What do you think about Wanda having a new look to reflect the change she's been through over the past decade. I reckon it would be cool if Wanda sported long dark hair and a slightly more gypsy esque outfit while maintaining the classic look. Something similar to her Ultimate look. Do you think that might make her a bit too much like Zatanna?

She just needs to go back to the look designed by Olivier Coipel - the one she had right before Disassembled.

Wanda's had a lot of good looks over the years. I wouldn't mind another change as long as it isn't too drastic or permanent. The headpiece and colour red are musts.

The only issue with the headpiece is that some artists simply can't draw it, and revert to the version that extends underneath her face too, and just looks stupid. If editorial can supply a "this is how you draw the damn thing; look at Coipel & Cho" piece to all artists, fine.

I do agree that, for the 616, her imminently pre-Disassembled Coipel look was the best.

I also like the Gypsy themed George Perez one, however, since it's full of tiny details, most artists can't draw it as well as George did. Coipel's is okay.

I'd like to see a different take.
But who REALLY needs a makeover is the Vision. He looks REALLY dated.

I still have no idea why they took a step back from the 90's android version to Christmas Tree Vision.

The nakid white one? I liked it. I know it defeats the purpose of it, but I'd like to see some color in that costume. Maybe a light-blue body-suit to contratst with the white cape and shorts. It'd still look spectral, buty silghtly more intresting. IMHO, of course.

I like the Scarlet Witch's gypsy style costume best... but I think its time to change color. Really, why can't she be some other color witch? Why can't she be some other kind of spellcaster, too? Can't they call her the Ivory Sorceress to break from all the negative association of her actions as the Scarlet Witch in the past? Ms. Marvel is getting a name upgrade to go with her new costume, so why can't Wanda?

I like the idea that in the past Wolverine and Tim Gunn got together with a young Janet Van Dyne to draft a costume for an unknown female superhero. Now we are just finding out that the outfit was meant to be the Scarlet Witch's new outfit after her redemption. Things will never be the same.

Why should she change colour or name? That's a great way to kill recognizability.

You both realise that was all retconned in Avengers: The Children's Crusade, right? She's currently sane and was manipulated by Doctor Doom and a cosmic force into the events of Disassembled and Decimation. She doesn't need to break away from anything.
