This looks...awful. Havok's an ass, attempt of using Thor for humor doesn't work (I prefer lattes, really?) and why Avalanche is going "let's destroy all humans" all the sudden? When he was last being seen, he was just minding own business and managing a bar.
That's right! Al Gore invented the internet, let's all go kick his ass!

I got your inconvenient truth right here, motherf*&¨%!

Hopefully this preview will put to rest the idea that it was Cyclops being lobotomized in those earlier previews.

I think Red Skull has done something to modify his line of thought, or something. He has a huge scar on his head from being lobotomized.

Pretty pictures, but this new status quo feels so forced. Alex calling his brother a delusional egotist? Seriously? And Logan is trying to help the mutant cause with the school, yeah, because that's just him. Gosh, what a heavy handed dialogue. I did appreciate the homage to/ making fun of Bendis with the guy being killed by Avalanche and screamimg "Not like Thi... "
    Definitly not for me.

    Peace

From the huge scar on his head, it's pretty obvious he's been lobotomized.

    Interesting preview though.

I like Captain America making reference to Wolverine's past. There's no way he can be the face of a unified mutant and human team.

Agreed. Nice art, but other than that this feels really, really forced.

I like that too, though to be honest Wolverine (and probably Rogue too) shouldn't even be on this team for that reason. Probably should've been Havok, Storm and Iceman or something like that. But then it might not have sold as well, so Marvel figured "So what if it feels a little forced and doesn't really make sense?" Sales do trump logic, after all...

Had to lol when Thor said lattes. Lol Really? haha.

But seriously I liked the art and the scene where Thor rescues those kids is a good panel especially. But the dialogue is not Rick's best at this point hopefully it'll be better in the full issue. Will be getting it though.
