Marvel has begun its third round of Marvel NOW! one-word teasers, kicking things off with Frank Cho serving as both writer and artist for a book described only as "Savage" coming in January.

I really thought that Frank Cho Wolverine (with Shanna) was the one Bleeding Cool would get wrong. Guess not. Can't say I'm overly interested, to be honest.
Also, I would be surprised if it wasn't somehow related to Wolverine, what with Wolverine's book being "canceled" and there being three claw marks, to go along with those Bleeding Cool rumors.

Three claw marks makes me think Wolverine, but I also wouldn't be surprised if it had something to do with Shanna or the Savage Land.

I also assume it's Shanna-related. I'll buy it, for sure, but wonder how many issues we'll get in a year. Has his pace improved in the past few years? (honest question)

Cho already posted in-progress versions of a detail to the cover for #1 before Marvel made him take it down.
It's Wolverine in The Savage Land, with Shanna in tow.
You can even see Wolverine in the lower left.
He drew Shanna with a BIC ballpoint pen, BTW. A BALLPOINT PEN. Insane.

wolverine has a final issue coming up in a few month, so this is obviously wolverine
3 claw marks, he can easily be described as savage

I'd love to read a Shanna book... or a Savage Land book. But I don't want to read a Wolverine book.
